1. What products are included in the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion? 

No discount code is needed to access our discounted Black Friday and Cyber Monday prices on select products. Starting Friday, Nov. 24, you can access our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale items here. Sale items include almost half of our fixtures (with specific finish and color temperatures only), Lutron products, and books. 

2. When is the Black Friday & Cyber Monday offer available?

The Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale runs Friday, Nov. 24 at 12:00 AM EST through Mon. Nov. 27 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. If I recently bought any products at full price, can you back credit me to extend the discounted price?

Previous purchases cannot be included in the current Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. No back-credit will be offered on past product purchases for items currently on sale. Qualifying products must be purchased between Nov. 24-27, 2023.

4. I see the percentage discount, but don’t see the actual prices listed. How do I find the pricing for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals?

Make sure you are logged in to your Sterling Lighting account. When logged in to your account, you can access the discounted prices by clicking the products from our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale page. The percentage discount shows to everyone, but the actual discounted price will only appear when you are logged in to your account.

5. I don't have a Sterling Lighting account. Can I still purchase during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale? 

Sterling Lighting’s 2023 Black Friday through Cyber Monday sale is exclusively for Sterling Lighting account holders. If you have not set up an account, lighting designers, landscape architects, contractors, and trades professionals who specify and install lighting can apply for free here. New applications will be reviewed and approved within approximately 24 hours of receipt. If you submit an application by Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, our team will aim to review and approve you by Monday, Nov. 27 for the last day of the sale.
