If your fixture fails prematurely, we created an easy process for you to return your fixture or components and receive a replacement.
- Initiate a return.
Visit Sterling-Lighting.com/Returns and provide your order number and account email address to initiate a return.
Alternatively, you can call or email the office or your sales representative to initiate a return. Contact Sterling Lighting at info@SLLights.com or call us at 1-800-939-1849 and answer the following:
- What item(s) need to be returned?
- Has the warranty been voided by damage due to acts of nature or abuse beyond normal wear-and-tear?
As long as the product is covered under warranty—meaning the warranty is still in effect and has not been voided by damage due to acts of nature and abuse beyond normal wear-and-tear—we’ll create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) order for you. After your RMA order is placed, be on the lookout for a FedEx return label in your email inbox.
Note, RMA’s are required to send products back.
- Return the product.
Once you’ve received your RMA label, repackage your old fixture, transformer, or component(s) and attach the FedEx return label to the box. You can either drop the box off at your nearest Fedex location or schedule a pick up at www.Fedex.com.
- If you don’t ship back the failed parts within 30 days, you will be charged.
By initiating a return, you agree to return the product within 30 days.
